LIT7s has been hosting premier rugby sevens tournaments for over 14 years and is proud to present the LIT Super Sevens Series 2026 — Europe’s largest and most competitive rugby 7s series, featuring elite, open and social men's and women's competitions across five UK events from May to July 2026. The events include four Super Sevens Series rounds plus the LIT7s season finale event at Wasps Rugby Club.
 

The 2026 Series brings together some of the very best men’s and women’s rugby sevens teams from around the world. Competing sides include international teams such as China and Hong Kong, Premiership clubs including Saracens and Bath, and elite invitational teams such as the British Army, Shogun, Apache, and Preseli Babas. In 2026, 10 Elite Men's Teams and 8 Elite Women's Teams will compete for the title of "Best Elite Team in the UK." Other guest sides will try to battle them along the way at each leg of the Series.

Open & Social Competitions

​

Alongside the elite tournaments, the Series also hosts highly competitive open and social divisions, welcoming teams from across the UK and beyond. These teams will also be fighting for the title of "Best Open / Social Team in the UK". Each event features 50–75 teams, creating a vibrant, high-energy festival atmosphere both on and off the pitch.
